About Legacy TKD
Proud Members of the World Tae KwonDo Federation
& USA TaeKwonDo
Legacy TKD opened its doors on October 1, 2001. There is an extremely diverse student body with students from all over Bergen, Passaic and Essex counties. Collectively they have won state, regional and Junior Olympic championships, while getting the opportunity to travel the country. The Legacy demo team has performed at grammar schools as part of the anti-bullying initiative, at local health fairs and scouting events, and most recently at the Prudential Center during the NJ Devils game. Students have been the focus of several articles in the Bergen Record and Herald News. However, the thing that makes the masters the proudest is the students' dedication to hard work and teamwork as well as the family atmosphere that is evident in the school.
